High Current, 600 amp AC Voltage Grounds Tester
The Grounds Tester utilizes a voltage (AC) at high current to measure voltage drop across personal grounding equipment. Pass/fail determinations are made by comparing the voltage drop to convenient charts in the manual and on the case lid.
Equipped with REACH™ technology and an integrated voltmeter, a ground assembly can be tested at various points to quickly troubleshoot defects in the assembly.
The Grounds Tester can evaluate cable sizes from #2 to double 4/0 and plugs into a standard 120V, 15 amp receptacle and includes thermal overload protection. Optional adapters are available from Utility Solutions for use with the Grounds Tester.
